About Me

Chef Sophie with her kitchen knife

I grew up in the French Alps, where food was always about sharing, simplicity, and care. After working as a food journalist in Paris and training in culinary arts, I moved to California and have been a personal chef in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2011.

I love helping families feel supported through food. I cook nourishing, homemade meals from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients—meals that bring everyone to the table and make everyday life a little easier.
As a mom of three, I truly understand the rhythm of family life—busy schedules, different tastes, and the need for meals that are both healthy and comforting. From everyday dinners to school lunches, I create food that works in real life and that both children and adults genuinely enjoy.

My time living in Peru enriched my cooking with new ingredients and a deeper appreciation for nutrition, which I now bring into my kitchen.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to care for you and your family through thoughtful, delicious food.
